Why there are almost no women’s sex clubs under the law
It’s no coincidence that there are almost no actual shops for “women’s sex services.” Under Japan’s Entertainment Business Law, among the sex-related special businesses, “shop-type” ones have been basically impossible to open new ones since the amendments in 1984-85.
