A husband in Thailand, currently trying to conceive with his wife, uploaded a collection of POV sex tapes titled “Sex with my wife is too intense… just look at this…”—and it is incredibly erotic. Their sex life involves a nightly quota of raw, creampie-style intercourse lol.

Does the sperm count really decrease with nightly unprotected sex?
The idea that ejaculating every night depletes sperm is not supported by clinical data. A study published in the American medical journal Translational Andrology and Urology in 2016 found that when 20 healthy men ejaculated daily for 14 consecutive days, semen volume and sperm count decreased in the first few days, then remained roughly the same, with no significant changes in motility or morphology. A 2015 study in the journal Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology also found that ejaculating every day for two weeks had no negative effects on semen quality and actually reduced indicators of oxidative stress. Ejaculating every day with short periods of abstinence around the day of ovulation is said to be a logical way to conceive.
